The Coves – Enjoy a self – guided tour at the coves, Elmwood Avenue west of Wharncliffe Road. There will be ban information session on the Coves every 20 minutes from 10am – 2pm

Agriculture and Agri-food Canada – Find out the science behind sustainable farming practices. There will be a guided tours of the federal research facility! These include labs, greenhouses, and the research farm. 1391 Sandford Street from 11am – 4pm

Warbler Woods – Enjoy a one hour walk with the Thames Valley Trail Association from 10am – 11am at 1582 Warbler Woods Walk.

Kains Woods – Enjoy a one hour walk with the Thames Valley Trail Association from 1pm – 2pm at 1582 Warbler Woods Walk.

Kiwanis Park – Go on a treasure hunt using hand held GPS units! 1545 Trafalgar Street, 10am – 4pm

Fanshawe Conservation Area – Go to the Fanshawe Conservation area at 2414 Clark Road Go sailing on Fanshawe Lake with FYC Club members 10am – 4pm at the Yacht Club. OR you could enjoy their Dragon Boat Festival from 10am – 4pm at the rowing centre after attending their Garage Sale from 10am – 12pm at the visitor parking field!

Meadowly Woods – A guided walk through Meadowlily Nature Preserve (starts at 12:30 and again at 2:20) to learn about the many species of butterflies. Other family activities such as biological bingo will be held at 2 and 4pm. 24 Meadowlily Road South

Blackfriars Bridge – From solar powered music to building bottle gardens, Sustainable Joes educates about sustainability! Located at the Blackfriars bridge (on Blackfriars Street, between Napier and Ridout Street North). 11am – 4pm
