Nature in the City: A six-part series of illustrated talks on nature within the City of London

Land clearance, drainage and infrastructure have decimated once-wild spaces. Now, at selected sites, plantings of native species are enhancing and connecting the best of fragmented habitats. Mhairi McFarlane of the Nature Conservancy of Canada highlights regional initiatives in restoration ecology.
