Come join us for our MEC London Ride meet-ups. This is a road bicycle ride and you should be able to maintain 20+ kph for 1.5-2hrs.

What you need:

-a Road or commuter style bicycle in good repair

-helmet

-water

-preferrable clip in bicycle specific shoes and pedals.
