Start the change...

Did you know that if we don’t take any action, London’s C02 emissions are forecasted to rise approximately 23% by the year 2011 from the base year (1990) emissions?

Join London’s Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Campaign!

"Do your share for clean air" is an awareness campaign for London and area.
TREA and our community partners are focused on air quality and climate change employee/community education and action.

London Air Quality Campaign displays, programs, and this website will aid our goals to reduce city-wide energy consumption, transportation use and greenhouse gas emissions.

Sign up for one or more of three local initiatives to improve London’s Air Quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We will then calculate your contribution to reducing London’s greenhouse gas emissions. Be an "air quality energy champion".

Our History...

You may not be aware of the amount of energy used by the various consumer groups within the City of London. The following chart illustrates energy used and the resulting Carbon Dioxide emissions in 1998. (More current statistics are unavailable at this time.)

Statistics obtained from London Hydro & Union Gas, and compiled by the City of London
